Privacy Policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

AshCo Consulting LLC ("AshCo," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use ashcompany.co, including Asher, our AI advisor, and how we handle it. We never sell anyone's information.

What We Collect

We collect only what you give us.

Through the summary form: your name, work email, company name (optional), the systems in scope (optional), and anything you write in the notes field.

Through Asher: the content of your conversation, including anything you type about your company, systems, projects, timeline, or budget. If you send a summary or book a call, a short summary of that conversation is attached so Sarah is briefed before you talk.

Through the booking calendar: if you book a discovery call, the booking page is provided by Microsoft Bookings and collects the details it asks for (name, email, and any notes) under Microsoft's own privacy terms as well as ours.

Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, used only to keep the site working and secure. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Asher, the AI Advisor

Asher is an AI assistant, not a person and not Sarah. Anything Asher tells you, including the fit check, is general information, not advice from AshCo about your specific situation, and not a quote.

Your conversation with Asher is processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. We do not allow that provider to use your conversation to train its models.

Conversations may be reviewed by Sarah or AshCo staff to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a call with you, and improve how Asher works.

Please do not share passwords, financial account details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information with Asher. He does not need them and will not ask for them.

How We Use It

We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and schedule a discovery call, decide whether we're a fit for each other, and improve the assistant and the site. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we will not send you unsolicited marketing email.

How We Store and Protect It

Summaries you send are delivered to our email and stored in our business email system. Conversation content and summaries are stored on secure hosting infrastructure in the United States. Access is limited to Sarah and anyone she authorizes to handle inquiries.

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back, generally no longer than two years from your last contact, unless you become a client, in which case it becomes part of our client records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

No system is perfectly secure. We use reasonable safeguards, and if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and respond to you: a web hosting provider, an AI provider that processes assistant conversations, an email delivery service that sends your summary to our inbox, and Microsoft Bookings for scheduling. Each receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

InteliQuote is a product of InteliQuote LLC, a separate company. Nothing you share on this site is passed to InteliQuote unless you ask about the product and we follow up with you about it.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@ashcompany.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're outside the United States, including in the UK, EU, or Canada, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the site you consent to that transfer. You have the rights described above regardless of where you are, and you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
